MHERC want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you change your mind you can start receiving communications from us by signing up when you visit our website or when you contact us directly. Please note that if you make an enquiry or register with us, we will confirm your status or enquiry by email. MHERC limits the number of employees that have access to the databases that contain personal data, and employees are required to adhere to confidentiality. As an added safeguard, MHERC does not store credit card information with your registered online profile. MHERC processes online payments using Direct Payment Solutions Ltd (DPS). MHERC may refuse any registration, booking or Library request at our discretion.
