Enabling Youth offers an individualised programme for young men and women, aged between 11-24yrs, focusing on Managing Anger, Behaviour Change, Managing Difficult Emotions, Enhancing Self Esteem, Providing Communication Skills and Problem Solving. The Enabling Youth programme helps young people to learn OK ways to deal with problems of frustration, stress & anger safely.
Programmes are available in Christchurch, Rangiora, Ashburton and Timaru.
