Family Start is a home visiting service that involves home visiting and works alongside families with the greatest need.
The programme builds the strength and ability of whanau to ensure children have the best start in life.
An intensive programme designed to enable families with young children to have access to wide ranging welfare, health, education and other necessary services, according to each family's needs.
