Here for young people since 1995 - first as 298 Youth Health Centre and now as Te Tahi Youth. Same people, same service - just a new name.

Te Tahi Youth is a one-stop-shop or those aged between 10 and 24 for medical, sexual and mental health services, as well as mentoring and employment support to help you find your way through life. And it's all free. Their team is filled with friendly, accepting people who are trained and experienced in helping young people.

A drop-in clinic is available to both casual and and enrolled patients. If you're a first time casual, a casual enrolement form will need to be completed. Please refer to the website for more information and to enroll.

Te Tahi Youth also have a presence at the Rolleston Community Centre in the Selwyn Youth Hub with a medical clinic on Tuesday and Thursday between 12pm-5pm.
